SassyIttyBitty guarantees that every item we ship is in excellent condition. SassyIttyBitty apparel that is unwashed and unworn with tags attached is eligible to return for a refund, less a $10 restocking fee. Items bought on sale or with a coupon code are final sale (no returns, no exchanges). Monogrammed items are final sale.
